Laurel Homes is the private housing division of McTaggart Group, building Homes of distinction across the West of Scotland since 1979. From apartments for young professionals and downsizers to luxury detached family villas, Laurel Homes has covered every part of the private market, combining excellent workmanship with a superior specification on every development. Over more than four decades, Laurel Homes has delivered a wide range of private and mixed-tenure developments throughout Ayrshire and the wider West of Scotland, including family villas at Melville Gardens in Beith, luxury apartments at Cowal Court in Gourock, and apartments and duplexes at Fitzalan Court in Whitecraigs.

The division also partnered with Link Group on Riverside Dalmarnock, a major mixed-tenure regeneration on the banks of the River Clyde, helping bring new homes for social rent, mid-market rent, shared equity and private sale to a 22-acre site that had stood vacant since 1980. Laurel Homes is not currently developing new sites, but its portfolio remains part of the McTaggart Group story - a reminder of the Group's reach across both affordable and private housing in Scotland.
