| Description | This Design & Build project will comprise of the construction of 86 new build residential units in a mixture of one and two storey construction. The proposed development will consist of a mixture of cottage flats, houses and amenity bungalows designed in accordance with Housing for Varying Needs. The project was 'Highly Commended' in a national awards ceremony in London, the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards 2017. Projects are internally nominated by Premier Guarantee Surveyors and all Premier Guarantee Registered developments are considered for the awards, with surveyors will be marking sites against set criteria during their warranty site inspections.
