The Laurieston Regeneration development has won various prestigious awards including the Saltire Award, CIOB Award for Best Builder and was also given a Scottish Design Award for the Masterplanning & Affordable Housing categories. It has also claimed the titles of 'City Regeneration Project of the Year' at the Scottish Property Awards and the 'Best Social Housing Development' Award. |
| McTaggart Construction were appointed to deliver the first phase of affordable homes on the Laurieston TRA. This project will be delivered in phases with the initial phase consisting 201 units – 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed flats and houses for social rent. The modern styled homes were constructed to a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM / Eco Homes rating. | |
