The sole vehicular access point is at northern end of the boundary on Auldlea Road. This location was selected to continue the existing route into the field and has the advantage of ensuring maximum junction visibility and requiring the minimum of tree felling to accommodate the access road. The built form selected as being appropriate for this development is 2-storey detached and semi-detached houses with pitched roofs. These are arranged tightly enough to provide a sense of community while being aware of the need for privacy, permeability and parking.
