McTaggart Construction is a leading house builder, predominantly operating in the affordable housing sector and we now have a vacancy for a Senior Contracts Manager.
Candidates must be experienced in a similar role with a main contractor/house builder.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, their roles and responsibilities to include:-
- Team building & leadership
- Health & safety
- Programming & scheduling
- Quality control
- Subcontractor and direct labour management
- Attending meetings/preparing reports
- Client relations
- Close collaboration with our Commercial Team
Candidates must be technically competent, have experience of different types of construction methods, be computer literate, have a basic knowledge and understanding of contract conditions and ideally, have some experience of pre-construction /design development activities.
