Following a rigorous procurement exercise, McTaggart Construction has been appointed to the SPA (Scottish Procurement Alliance) H1 Framework for Housing Delivery. The framework has been developed to assist the Scottish Government’s target to deliver 50,000 new homes by 2021 and enables any publicly funded body in Scotland to appoint framework contractors directly or through mini-competition.
The framework will be offered in three project sizes in multiple regions:
- Projects of up to 15 Units
- Projects of between 16 and 49 Units
- Projects of 50 Units
McTaggart Construction has secured a framework appointment for all the lots and locations it applied for, which includes 9 lots in each of the categories above across central Scotland and beyond. The framework started in May 2018 and is valid for 4 years.
