| Description | This truly unique project consists of restoring a Category A listed building into 9 individual luxurious apartments. This project required significant restoration works throughout the build. The house was designed in 1831 and built between then and 1834 at the end of the Georgian era. Through the following years this building fell into disuse and it was listed as a Category A building by Historic Scotland, and in 2014 Laurel Homes and McTaggart Construction began the task of restoring the house and estate to its original splendour. |
