| Description | The site is located on Leny Street, within the Ruchill area of Glasgow. The development comprised of the construction of three blocks of dwellings comprising 68 residential units. Construction of the properties comprises insitu concrete foundations, timber framed superstructures with masonry external leaf and slate roof tiles. Our works on this project also included the installation of associated utility services, formation of car parking spaces, hard & soft landscaping, fencing, footpaths & access roadways, and foul & surface water drainage facilities.
