Construction work has commenced on a project to deliver 86 houses and 50 flats in Glasgow for the New Avenue Living Fund managed by PfP Capital.
Swan Group has appointed McTaggart Construction to deliver the project which is due to be completed in 4Q of 2025.
The developer successfully redesigned the original 100-unit consented designs to achieve the current 136-unit proposal, meeting PfP’s aspirations.
