Our Board of Directors have a broad spectrum of complementary skills and experience, who create a strong leadership team with a shared vision of sustainable growth. The Board has been commended for its open and transparent culture by an Investors In People Assessor, noting “your people are motivated by the knowledge, enthusiasm and passion of the Directors.”
Ally Anderson – Director
Ally has been working at McTaggart Group, in various roles, for over 25 years and has developed the business and operational management structures across the Group. He has overall responsibility for support functions including finance, IT and HR.
Gary Climson – Managing Director
Gary has been with the business for over 20 years and has been central to the development of the businesses sustainable business. With a background in quantity surveying, Gary has sought to create a financially robust business through the creation of positive working relationships and partnerships with clients, design teams and throughout our supply chain.
Janice Russell – Director
Janice is a Chartered Surveyor and Project Manager (MRICS and APMP) with over 30 years’ experience within property and construction, specialising in housing. Janice’s management of the Pre-Development team has secured places on multiple client frameworks, ensuring a strong, long-term pipeline of work for the businesses.
