The Wheatley/ McTaggart Employability programme saw 8 long term unemployed customers of our clients take part in a 4 week training programme. Following the completion of the programme, the candidates were supported to gain work experience on our projects across Glasgow, McTaggart Construction recruited 50% of the group.
As part of the Wheatley Group Celebrations, the individuals were invited to attend a reception with the First Minister to promote the McTaggart / Wheatley partnership creating jobs for customers.
